A founding Managing Director with Protiviti, Tom Andreesen brings more than 30 years of experience managing the evaluation, implementation and support of technology solutions, while also helping organizations assess and govern their technology risks, establish risk management functions and create corporate governance programs.

Tom serves as Protiviti’s Global Microsoft Alliance leader and is a member of the firm’s global Technology Consulting solution leadership team. As acting global AI Solution leader for Protiviti, he advises clients on AI governance, strategy and technology-enabled transformation.

Before joining Protiviti, Tom was with Accenture, where he focused on technology solution design and implementation. He also held leadership roles at Norstan Consulting and at Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible for the Technology Risk Consulting group in Kansas City and Omaha.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Iowa State University. He is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Loyola Press and an Advisory Council Member for Dominican University’s Brennan School of Business.
